One comment on “Homosexual Rights Violation or Domestic Violence or Both?

  1. I think that anyone should be able to name anyone as power of attorney or responsible for making medical decisions. Not everyone is married or even has close family available to make their medical decisions. So no matter what, people should be able to name whoever they want to make their medical decisions, etc…

Now the domestic violence changes things, I think. I can understand the denial of visitation rights. However, does that take away the designated representatives ability to act in behalf of the sick person?

This has nothing to do with homosexuality, as far as I’m concerned, and I don’t think it’s right how some reports twist it to be an anti-homosexuality case.
