Here’s how the Republican delegate count currently stands:
| Mitt Romney | 66 |
| John McCain | 38 |
| Mike Huckabee | 26 |
| Fred Thompson | 8 |
| Ron Paul | 6 |
| Duncan Hunter | 1 |
| Rudy Giuliani | 1 |
So, why is this the headline: “McCain Wins South Carolina In Tight Race With Huckabee”
Shouldn’t it say, “Romney Leads Closest Opponent By 28 Delegates”? Or, “Despite Winning South Carolina, McCain Still Trails Romney By 28 Delegates, Huckabee By 40″?
I’m starting to think the more liberal types in the media are afraid that neither Obama nor Clinton can beat Romney, so they’re trying to bury him.

Ann Coulter aggrees with your logic. Okay, so she is a huge wench…still. Here’s her article

Enjoy!
Wow, Erica. The only reason I will allow you to compare me with Ann Coulter is because your family fed me so much as a missionary. You’re on thin ice…
I had the exact same thought when I first saw the CNN homepage announcing “McCain wins South Carolina”! The Coulter article was interesting – it totally reminds me why people hate republicans.. sigh.
Go Romney! I really hope that Clinton and Obama don’t win!
